Tars Home Developments Ltd is locally owned and operated company. We have two areas of expertise.

Development focuses on taking larger properties and progressing them through the re-development phase into smaller properties with the concept of dividing the land into smaller lots. We have the expertise and know-how to work with Municipalities, surveyors, civil engineers, Architects, Geo technical Engineers and many other experts necessary to see the concept go from idea to reality.

The whole process may take months and sometimes years to conclude. Tars Home Developments has the experience and fortitude to see this long “marathon” style of project to its conclusion. We work with building long lasting relationships and making our community a better place to live.

This part of our company focuses on the construction of houses from concept to completion. We have all the experience necessary to see your “idea” of dream home come to reality by working from blueprint all the way to living in the new house.

We pride ourselves on keeping abreast of industry changes and trends to keep pace with the market and know what it takes to see the house go through the many phases of “excavation, foundation, framing, lock-up, drywall, finishing, staging, to finally seeing “life’ in a new house.
